Fairfield — The Mount Pleasant girls’ track team won six events, rolling to a win at the Brookhart-Crew Relays last night at Fairfield High School.
Mount Pleasant scored 183 points, besting second place Davis County and third place Fairfield.
The Panthers got strong field event performances, picking up three wins in the high jump, long jump and shot put.
In the shot, Jadan Brumbaugh broke her own school record — again — with a toss of 49 feet, nine inches.
Abby Blint earned a win in the 1,500m run in 5:16.79 while Kenna Lamm won the 100m hurdles in 16.35 seconds.
Lamm also finished second in the 200m and third in the 100m.
Mica Carter was the runner up in the open 400m, finishing in 1:08.37.
