Fairfield — Washington bested Mount Pleasant by 27 points, as the Demons came away with a championship at the Brookhart-Crew Relays last night.
The Demons racked up 147 points with Mount Pleasant snagging 120.
Mount Pleasant senior Will Davidson — arguably having the best season of any area track athlete — won three events.
Davidson won the 110m hurdles in 15.32 then followed that up with a championship in the 400m hurdles in 56.04.
He also claimed gold in the long jump soaring 20 feet.
Mount Pleasant’s 4×400 grouping of Mason Sloat, Gabe Feldmann, Isaiah Albright and Dylon Hagans were also victors in the 4×400.
