Prospect League

The Burlington Bees picked up the shutout win over the Clinton LumberKings 4-0 last night to avenge their loss from Monday. It was not the bats that allowed the Bees to come out with the victory, rather it was some wild pitching as two runs were scored on a bases load hit by pitch. Mason Schwalbach singled home the first run to lead the team with 2 RBIs. Jeremy Fox tallied his third win of the year after his 5 innings of one-hit baseball, fanning 4 LumberKings. Burlington will host the Danville Dans tonight.

The Clinton LumberKings will look to go against the Quincy Gems tomorrow, July 6th, at home.
