Three men have been arrested following a three-month investigation by the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office into the alleged sexual exploitation of a minor.

Authorities say multiple agencies assisted with the investigation, including the Davenport Police Department, Muscatine Police Department, Muscatine County Sheriff’s Office, and the United States Postal Service.

Sixty-four-year-old Lee Allen Christenson of Davenport was arrested June 25th. He is charged with grooming a minor, distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fifty-four-year-old Arlo Blue Harris of Fruitland was arrested June 26th on a charge of grooming a minor.

Also arrested on June 26th was 58-year-old Keith Eugene Leopard of Fruitland. He is charged with grooming a minor and dissemination of obscene material to a minor.

The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation lasted approximately three months before the arrests were made.

All charges are allegations. The defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
