Adults aged 60 and older have a unique opportunity to demystify an emerging technology through a free educational program, “Pro‑AI: Proactive Health with AI.”
The two-session series is designed specifically for those with little to no prior experience with technology.
The program aims to empower seniors to navigate AI tools like ChatGPT with confidence. Participants will learn how to safely use these platforms to find and interpret health information.
The workshops will be 10-11:30 a.m. May 20 and May 27. The sessions will be held in person at the Des Moines County Extension Office located in West Burlington. Organizers require that those who sign up commit to attending both dates.
