“I liked tonight how we jumped out early. We came out swinging that first inning, got five hits. We usually aren’t that type of team. We’re usually later in the ball game, and start getting some hits. But I thought our guys jumped out early and continued to play well. Defensively, we were solid. I think we had one error, and our pitching was strong. So if we can do that on a daily basis, on a game basis, then we can play with anybody.”
