Winfield — Brady Loyd continued to shine as the Winfield-Mount Union boys’ golf team earned a big win over Highland at Twin Lakes Golf Course.
Jacob Kongable shot a 47, while Carter Loyd added a 49.
Bryce Wade and Seth Schurr chipped in with 51’s.
Other golf action last night:
- Mediapolis 195, Hillcrest Academy 213
- Grant Hilton was medalist for the Bulldogs, scoring a match low 45.
- Central Lee’s David Wright was medalist with a 53, but neither the Hawks nor the visiting Danville Bears had enough players for a team score. Jackson Denning added a 54 for the Hawks.
