Fort Madison — Nick Matheney shot a three-over 39 to earn medalist honors as the Mount Pleasant boys’ golf team won a three team triangular over Fort Madison and Washington yesterday at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course.
Brevin Wilson added a 42, while Reece Kempker carded a 43.
Both Reece Coffman and Ian Hake finished with 44’s.
Mount Pleasant ended ten strokes better than that of second place Washington, while Fort Madison finished third with 212 strokes.
Washington’s Roman Roth was medalist runner-up with a five-over 41.
