New London — New London placed second as a team yesterday, moving to the district tournament after playing well at Deerwood Golf Course.
The Tigers were bested only by Keota, who finished with a 356.
New London had a team score of 365.
Winfield-Mount Union was the fourth-place finisher.
Individually, Weston Miller led New London with an 85.
Mason Shellady had a 91, while Ethan Streeter had a 92.
Carter Loyd and Jake Edwards carded 93’s for Winfield-Mount Union, which was good enough to advance to districts.
KILJ’s Griffin Humphreys had a 110.
