KILJ and All Gods creatures have teamed up to host an all day Radio-thon tomorrow (Saturday Feb 15th).
The event is an effort to raise $40,000 for the organization. AGC operates as the only animal shelter in Henry County, providing shelter, care, adoption services for cats & dogs, and also plays a big part in the community care of the stray cat community.
AGC also is an advocate for pets and social interaction. Their volunteers work with local schools, nursing homes and jails, to bring these animals to them and socialize. All God’s creatures operates on a limited employee roster and primarily volunteers. You are encouraged to stop by All God’s Creatures this Saturday for the radio-thon. Make a monetary donation, take a tour and speak with the team & volunteers.
They would also be interested in any material donations like blankets, towels, cleaning supplies or pet foods. Is located at 2205 E Washington Street in Mt pleasant, next to Willey’s interior. our Radio-thon begins at 9am tomorrow morning. (Feb 15th)
