Fort Madison — Van Buren County won the team title while New London’s Clayton Phillips was the individual champion at yesterday’s Super Conference Boys’ Golf Meet at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course.
Phillips shot a six-over 78 to claim medalist honors while Clayton Bruckman shot an 82 for Van Buren County placing him second.
Rounding out the top-five were Kaleb Allen of West Burlington Notre Dame, Riley Bruckman of Van Buren County and Winfield-Mount Union’s Brady Loyd.
West Burlington Notre Dame placed in the team standings, followed up by New London, Winfield-Mount Union and Mediapolis.
Central Lee and Danville did not have enough individual players to register a team score.
