Fort Madison — After being blanked in back-to-back games, the Mount Pleasant boys’ soccer team will look to pull off an upset tonight when they take on the Bloodhounds of Fort Madison at Baxter Sports Complex.

Fort Madison, one of the state’s top teams, enters play tonight with a record of 10-1.

They’ve scored double digit goals in three of their last five games.

Mitchell Pothitakis has been a one-man wrecking crew for the Bloodhounds, he’s scored 23 goals and has assisted on 22 others.

Sophomore goalkeeper Tate Settles hasn’t been too busy for Fort Madison, he’s only been required to make 19 saves.

Mount Pleasant’s offense is paced by Dillon Malone — he’s scored a four-pack of goals this year.

This afternoon’s game will begin at 5:30 p.m.
