Sunday afternoon at about 1 pm Lee County EMS and law enforcement responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on J40 also known as the Sharon Black Top near the intersection of 160th Avenue. A vehicle went into the ditch, hit an embankment and flipped upside down in a field. The driver was airlifted to University Hospital in Iowa City. Law enforcement has released the name of the driver….Keiarra Peters of Ft. Madison.
